Kosher Nutrition Program

The Cantor Center hosts the largest nutrition program in Broward County. A Kosher noontime meal, funded through Broward Meals on Wheels, is available Monday through Friday for registrants of the program. The program is free with a suggested daily donation. This program is integrated into the daily activities of the Senior Center and the Adult Day Care/Respite program.

HEALTH TIP OF THE MONTH

	Help lessen your chances of spreading and getting the flu: Doctors say to gargle twice daily with warm salt water, Listerine or to drink warm liquids. Add foods with Vitamin C to your diet. The CDC suggest washing hands frequently or use an alcohol based hand rub, keep your hands off your face, and cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze and throw it away.
