Transportation and Kosher Lunch Program

Cantor Senior Center in Sunrise Florida Jewish Senior Center A Kosher lunch is available at the Center, provided by the Kosher Nutrition Program of Broward Meals on Wheels. Round trip transportation is available on the Center's own fleet of vehicles within our cachement area. Both ambulatory and wheelchair bound passengers can be accommodated.

HEALTH TIP OF THE MONTH

	Help lessen your chances of spreading and getting the flu: Doctors say to gargle twice daily with warm salt water, Listerine or to drink warm liquids. Add foods with Vitamin C to your diet. The CDC suggest washing hands frequently or use an alcohol based hand rub, keep your hands off your face, and cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze and throw it away.
